How do you handle “bad soil” or clay?
Vermont is known for tricky soil conditions, including “blue clay” and glacial till. If we encounter unsuitable soil, we can perform soil stabilization techniques or over-excavate and replace it with structural fill (gravel/stone) to ensure your road or parking lot doesn’t sink.
Do you sell or deliver topsoil?
Yes. We process and screen material to produce high-quality screened topsoil. We can stockpile this on your site during the strip-down phase or import it for final landscaping and seeding.
